what a stroke of luck for me. I am going to refinish a set of chrome wagon wheels that are incorrect to my car, and wasn't aware enough to think that the process pictured would be good for car wheels, although I had seen similar polishing pictures on other stuff.
I really figured to reverse the electroplating , and then I would have to pay a guy to hand polish the results, since chrome is heavy and I didn't want it. Going to talk to my selected wheel refinisher next week, and see what can be done. That kind of machine polishing is perfect for my needs, if I can find it locally. Now I just have to research clear coats.
I’ve been to two goat ropings and a **** fight, but I ain’t never seen nothing like that!
I would have kept my wheels polished if I had one of those in the garage.
Is there a $$ price per wheel/discount for all 4?
I have some chrome thin spokes on my 2000 that will, eventually, have less chrome than underlying aluminum showing!!!
