I swapped in C8 competition seats into my C5, I swapped out my head unit for one with wireless android auto and carplay, and I put in the MGW short-throw shifter with the heavyweight ****. I also mirror tapped my Uniden R3. The interior looks fantastic and is very comfortable and modern!
I did a write up on the C8 seats swap since im the first to do it. You can find that here
Next thing you need to replace is that cracked center console lid.
Since your seat is black with white stitching, I suggest JF customs on eBay
If your seats are suede/alcantara, that might be a good match and I just so happen to have a black/white one I used for like 2 weeks if you're interested.
If your seats are leather, then I'd just go with a leather cover from JF as I eventually did.

FYI- you can get a nice leather cover with colored stitching on ebay for around $40 for the center console armrest lid. That's what I did- nice plain black leather with red stitching. Much nicer looking and feeling than the cheap stock material, and solves your cracked cover issue.
Looking great except for that arm rest. It's a cheap easy fix. One it's done, you'll have a really nice interior. Next step after that is an A&A supercharger kit!

I may be interested in your center console. I just spent most of my money on the seats and dash kit and the shifter so my budget is tight. The seats are also a sports fabric so I may decide to go leather, but if the price is right I could use that Alcantara cover.

I can certainly do that. That's fairly inexpensive.

I'm already at 460whp. The previous owner pretty much went full bolt-on. Those A&A kits are sweet, but my god the $$$$$.
