Is there such a thing? I'd like to be able to play with offsets with different lips and barrels to dial in the perfect size before ordering a really nice set with the perfect fitment.
The other thing is that any company offering a 3 pc wheel will most likely have the knowledge and historical data to know what works for each platform. 3pc wheels are fairly niche due to their price tag so companies making them USUALLY know what they are doing lol.
Forgeline comes to mind in Ohio. Give them a call. Privately owned and made in US.

Any decent quality 3 piece is going to be expensive. However, there are other ways to figure out if a wheel will fit other than just buying it.
Look at the wheel database in the stickies, you'll see lots of options and detailed information. 2 piece is a relatively more affordable option than 3 piece, but it's still going to cost you. Right now prices on custom made wheels are way up due to materials and shipping. I do not think that you are going to find a 3 piece less than $1100-$1200 a wheel. 19" Forgelines start at $1900 per. If you are looking to stay 17"-18" there are great deals available on used high end wheels as most people are going 18/19 or 19/20. I'm a middle of the roader with 19/19's. Hope this helps.
I'm new to all this "late model" stuff. I have several sets of 15s for my '74, I even sent some off to be widened, but sooner or later I will probably make the switch to larger diameter wheels, if only because 15" tires are getting harder to find. I will probably be looking for some used wheels, or better yet just centers, and build the wheels I want when I finally get the '04 down here from Arizona.

You can't put anything smaller than a 17" on a C5 because of the brake diameter. You'll here about people putting 15" drag slicks on, but you need to make changes to the rear to do that. I assume that you have a C5 since you're posting here, if you're running stock fenders, specs are known and don't vary much, unless you like a "poked" fitment. Like I said, look at the database, most people supplied pictures so you can see the fitment.
Yes I inherited an '04 convert from my dad last year. It has, I believe, replica z06 wheels. I imagine I'll want to step up to larger/wider wheels in the future, thanks for the input.
