I wouldn't worry too much about them, but if you have the $$ and prefer to be safe, sure, replace them. I'm rolling on 10yr old Pole Positions, they don't have the ultimate grip they once did, but they are still plenty sticky and the limits are very approachable.
How do you like the pole position tire? I bought mine about 18 months ago. I think it’s a great tire. Your thoughts???

I like them. Granted, mine were 'old' when I got them, as I bought as a used wheel/tire package from a forum member. They are quiet, stable, good mix of handling sharpness vs comfort. Very competent. My experience is tires get less grippy with age so mine are still stickier than an all-season but not as sticky as a fresh set of 200tw tires.

I have a 305 in the rear, and a 275 in the front, I have factory original base suspension and the cornering is fantastic, I could only imagine what upgraded shocks and sway bars would do. I do have about 2,000 miles in HPDE events as well, none with these tires though.

I have the same widths, 18/19. I highly recommend the DRM-valved Bilstein shocks as first suspension change. I have high-rate VBP springs, Konis, PHADT sways, Delrin bushings... fun but overkill.

First, sorry for stealing the thread.
I was thinking c6z51 sways, c6 z06 shocks, and leaf springs. Do c6z51 leaf springs fit base c5? Front and rear?
I bought Michelin run flats 20 years ago and put 50,000 miles on them. I just replaced them last week with General non-runflats. I guess I was lucky that I did not have any problems. The ride of the new tires is much better. I should have ditched the run flats long ago.
