Default What Mufflers Are Theses?

I bought a Z06 damaged at auction, these were on it. No stampings, names, markings, etc. I installed them on my car and they are quite loud. All Stainless, good welds.

Ha! Ya, I agree.

Ya, Borla would have their name on it. Quality seems good though if they are knock off. Still all stainless.

They kind of resemble a set of B&B I had.

I agree they do look similar to the Borla Stinger.

Might be the old school GHL as I have on my Z. Very similar in appearance.

I agree with the Borla look alikes. They look very close to the Borla's I have currently on my C5.

I was thinking the same thing. Looks like, if they are GHLs, they have the later style tips. Mine have this sort of double tip on them and from what I found that was the first version:

If they are GHLs, keep them. They're awesome. And pricey on the used market because they were so good.

Thanks everyone, after comparing pictures of the exhaust hangers they are definitely GHL mufflers. More interwebs digging discovered they came with two different tip options.

They are loud, and I exclusively track my car. With stock exhaust its loud enough to hear the engine and the exhaust note for shifting. I am afraid these will be too loud for the track for me.

I track my car as well and I think they are a great compromise. You must have the louder of the two variants where I have the quieter one.

Too bad you aren't closer. We could swip-swap and see how much difference the sound is. The ones I have are quiet enough that even the wife doesn't complain about them in the car.
