[Z06] Hurst Performance Shifter

Hurst Performance Shifter
Did my first performance mod today. Installed the Hurst shifter. Awesome feel. Highly recommend to anyone considering a shifter mod. Next will be MGW shift ***** (when it arrives). Install is fairly easy with step-by-step procedure provided to me by a fellow Z06 owner (found in CF too).

Check out their website: http://www.mgwltd.com/corvette.html. They offer two different styles (soon to be three). Polished or painted (to match stock Z06 wheel color). Heavier than most shift ***** and thereby helps eliminate the vibration noise from the shifter. Really good stuff (and priced reasonably too).

You're more than welcome! Yes, I go out your way to Copeland's when I get the munches for good Cajun cooking. Next time you're free, come up this way (send me a pm before you do just to make sure I'm home). I know of some really nice country roads around here to exercise the Z06 (and Hurst Shifter with).

I had a friend put my hurst shifter in last night with the softer springs. It feels great, can easily go through the gears yet at the same time it's a MAJOR improvement fm stock:)
