I think mine is too low, or at least gravity effects me more when I try and get out. It does look good but really gotta be careful driving. I looked into the fang covers but haven’t done anything yet.
Vegas! Too funny, I lived out there for a bit. Worked out on the AF ranges. Man we have a lot of coincidences. LOL
- I’ve been looking into the same handling upgrades. Seems like the best bang for the buck.
I dig your idea, I did not think about it simply because I’ve never seen it executed correctly(IMHO), either the color match is too far off, or because the color of the car it comes off to garish. It makes me think of a tuner. - But you are right, with the dark blue it would be subtle with the lettering in silver. I did have the barrels of the rims darkened also. I would like to do the C7 ZO6 or aftermarket brake upgrade eventually. Ive got the upgraded brakes on my black V that are yellow w/black lettering with flat gunmetal rims and that looks good. But it does make the statement of look at my brakes.
What part of FL? I’m originally from Brevard County but live up in the Panhandle now.
Atlantic Beach
Darkening the barrels is brilliant. I would never thought about that. It’s all those little things that make it come together.

PM me and I'll provide the suspension upgrades I did. Spent a lot of time understanding factory geometry and ratios when assembling my set up. Yep-Vegas. Lived out in Mts Edge area and worked in Henderson off of Green Valley.
I was living in Las Vegas at the time I had them tinted so went "Limo" on it. My car is on lowered bolts, a Z51 rear spring, and Z06 shocks. Have never bottomed out, though I catch the front end once in a while on a driveway approach or speed bumps. To protect, I added the small wheels attached to the radiator lower supports.
