Any chance you have a pic of the sideways link? I can’t seem to get a mental picture of that…. Thanks
The pin kit you posted is the one I speak of. the ATI pin kit drills from the top, making the pin sit vertical (ie you drill through the crank into the bolt hole for the balancer). This is all done without the crank pulley or crank hub in place. The kit you posted comes from the front, drilling a hole into both the crank and the balancer at the same time.
The ATI kit :
If your pulley already has the pin groove, I would go with the ATI pin kit, the other kit is more for un-pinable crank pulleys.

.
I found a video for the ATI pin and NOW I get it. Just semantics really, as the A&A kit drills in parallel along the crank, whereas the ATI drills in perpendicular to the crank. I can’t speak to which is better, but after watching the video, it would be a lot easier to f*&k up the ATI installation. Well, at least for me! Lol
I used the Summit C2501 balancer (6 rib belt) and ARP bolt too. Just fill the keyway with silicone to prevent oil seepage and pin it with the A&A style pin kit.
I can't read the numbers on my balancer, but I have 6 rib so it would be different I assume.
Did you heat your harmonic balancer in an over before popping it on?

Reason: Spelling
After 3 days got all of this completed: Replaced GM Balancer with a Summit SUM-C2501 Harmonic Balancer, ARP Balancer Bolt using the installation tool and new crankshaft seal. Replaced the original Magnetic Ride shocks with a set of Bilstein B8 Shocks and installed Casper Electronics Simulators. Replaced the stock sway bars with Z06 front & rear sway bars with Prothane poly bushings and a new set of GM C6 Metal End Links. Installed a new Idler pulley & another new Serpentine Belt Swap to Gates to replace the 2 month old Continental, replaced the AC belt and tensioners 2 months ago. And of course, fresh power steering fluid.

Man, you’ve been at it! So what’s next on the agenda?

Nothing for a while other than regular maintenance. In the future, Choppys CF headlights and lenses upgrade, Stoptech Brake kit when the time comes, maybe C7ZR1 style wheels.
