When not driving for a few days, always put a "battery tender" on her. There is quite a bit of parasitic-draw with these rides and keeping the battery topped off with significantly extend the life. I got just short of 10 years (119 months) from my OE cell.
I’d go with the AC Delco 78PSHR (Professional Silver High Reserve) battery with a whopping 140 minute RC (Reserve Capacity)…you should also replace both battery bolts since they have a special conductive coating which helps in transfer of energy between the battery and the terminals…part number for side post batteries is 19115561.
Like many have said, AGM is the way to go as they won't leak acid onto the C5's computer. I personally use the Optima Yellow Top and a battery tender. I also have Red Tops as one came with the car and the other for cosmetic reasons
After reading this from their site, is there a reason not to get the red version?
"Use REDTOP for normal engine starting where an alternator immediately monitors the state of charge and provides energy to the battery whenever it is needed.
This would describe most stock vehicles, including: automotive and RV under hood starting, heavy equipment where starting is the primary function, and diesel vehicles without aftermarket electronics.
Use YELLOWTOP when electrical loads are higher than average, or when the discharge cycle is more than typical engine starting, such as vehicles with multiple electronic accessories and vehicles without alternators. This can also include vehicle with a lot of factory electronics such as power sliding doors and a DVD player. Examples also include: racing vehicles without a charging system, dedicated drag racers, diesel-powered vehicles with aftermarket electronics, and vehicles with inverters, winches, underdrive pulleys or other accessories."

For me the Yellow Top is chosen as I have big aftermarket stereos. So much so, I have a 250 amp alternator in my 02. My two 99s still have the factory alternator though. I've also have gotten longer life out of the Yellow Tops than the Red Tops.
Red Top for me all these years after the original Delco in the ‘98. Looks great in engine bay especially in a red car, and all have performed beautifully. 👍🏻
