Have the base suspension on my 02 vert. I did install the Bilstein B6s thought they were way to stiff compression damping. Only had them on the car for maybe 100 miles or so. Went back to stock happy camper now.

Its all about the water vapor. Air is mostly nitrogen, but if you dig out the chemistry books and do the partial pressure math with the various contents of air, its the water vapor that accounts for nearly all the change in pressure with temp. I did all that like 20 years ago for an autocross forum. I think to really benefit you need to evacuate the tire first and purge it really well.

I bought a cylinder and a regulator, so I can get it exchanged at the welding supply/compressed gas store. A tank usually lasts me about a year, and I occasionally use a nozzle to blow out parts, etc.

Its an inert gas so it’s safe to use in a shop environment. Pretty handy since I don’t have a compressor.
