[Z06] Service Active handling message !

Service Active handling message !
I have 22k on my '01 Z06, and my wife said this message came up "Service Active Handling", I haven't seen this message yet, what does this consist of ? and how complicated and time comsuming can this be?

Have not had the problem on my Z06 (It's new)--And I love it, but it happened two or three times on my 2002 coupe. Always when the car was cold. Dealer said it was no big deal, the active handling was just "warming up". Don't really know if this was true, but never had any problems with the system itself, just the message. Hope this helps.

Pull the codes from the DIC and list them here.

I got this message at about 15k mi on my car. The DIC showed a code for the steering position rate sensor. The dealer did a PCM software upgrade and took care of it. It turned out just to be a computer glitch of some kind.

I had this happen on my '02. The cause was a dirty or defective steering sensor. Dealer replaced (about an hour) -- no further problem.
