I love how the c5R rear wing looks but can never find it anywhere but is probably expensive. Does anyone know a link I can get for a similar look with the c5R wing without breaking the bank?
There is also this link by Corvette upgrade just not sure if legit.
Tway motorsports sells a similar set up to the C5R. Of course its a chassis mount. You will be making some holes in the body.
I’ve been considering a big wing with active aero and chassis mounted braces wrapping around the outside of the bumper and up. Just because… more like thisC7. Lower riser to keep the wing low on the car. Form over function.
Do you want this for looks, or for function? If you like the one you linked, and it's just for looks, go for it. If you're going for function, I would lean toward one of the chassis mounted options linked above.

If looking for function you'd have no way to know what works without seeing wind tunnel tests. I kinda think they create drag and would slow you down if not engineered correctly. Old guy here lol.

Depends on the kind of racing the car does. But yes, 99.999999999% of them wouldn't benefit.
I've been looking at the little "flap spoilers" and I like the look of the g-stream more than the c7carbon.
I don't really want one but I feel like with wider tires (square set) in the front already.. if I add louvers to the hood, I should really add something to the rear?
If those big wings don't have much benefit on a c5, what hope does a spoiler flap have?
Depending on what kind of racing you
are doing , I would start stock then add as
needed. I run a complete aero package.
My car becomes more stable as speed increases.
Good luck
