. The top was once replaced in 2016 then 2019 rear window fell out of that but was under warrenty. covid hit near this time and the replacement two 6 months to come in. So found another place to replace it. Now I have a spare that I am trying to sell.
Mile are near 150k. I think the leak and PCV system all happen after last oil change which I do. I have never seen any oil under my car before that.

Keep in mind, you're not just saving the "20$ per can" cost of the spray brake cleaner, but you'll also give whomever does the repair, a better idea of where the leak actually is, therefore increasing the odds of getting the leak fixed the first time.
This is their pictures from the shop. I do not have a lift and think me cleaning it would be difficult to say the least. The was just trying to save me 20 a can to even try to clean it and who knows hw many that would take.

So last week found a nice C6 2009 with 42k miles. Got 5k for mine and theirs for 25k. It is a convertible too with every option and a RPO code of ZR6 which mean it was a show car at car shows

Congratulations on the new car, LS3 engine, automatic or manual?

5000.00 sure seems low, but maybe the car had faded paint or worn interior?

Is the replacement a two pedal car as well? $5K at a dealership as a trade in seems pretty fair to me. Not a great bargain for either side. I am amused that they seem to be offering it without worrying about the leaks that started the thread.

Congrats on the new car. I hope you got a pre-purchase inspection on it.
