If the only issue is wax, I would try to remove it with denatured alcohol and some elbow grease. However, if you're set on replacement, I would check Corvette Rubber. They almost certainly have them.

As a side note, regardless of if you clean or replace it, you'll want to put a thin layer of dielectric grease on it. This will keep the rubber in good shape and will help keep the seal with the roof watertight.
