Every now and then I will scroll thru the top flight website to see what's new that I may be interested in. I've noticed that on just about every item they list 1953 to 2023 as the correct years for that item. I'm pretty sure whatever was used in the1953 construction is NOT being used on the 2023 or even the C5. Then I saw this..............REALLY?
I guess Top-Flight is interested in higher sales, even if that means selling half-*** junky parts that concentration on just sales for the sake of a sale ? I'd like to think I'm wrong, but the recent offering it looks as though Modern-Gens thinking was among the items transferred to Top-Flight acquisition !
Just wait until they start selling the stuff from Corvette Mods.
Corvette mods may be the best theft deterrent of all. If your car is always apart waiting on them to send the right part, nobody will steal a 3/4 assembled Vette when they have fully assembled ones to choose from!!
I don't want to offend anyone, but buying anything 'Corvette' means the famous corvette tax, and once over paying for something and it arrives like something very much in construction and feel like a "Made in China" part. it's just something I remember long after the sale is completed. likewise, playing bumper cars in trying to return something is something you remember long after you return anything and the aggravation involved, has always made me think twice before every considering another purchase. I often think that the folks running these companies never buy anything from their own companies and as such have no idea what it's like to be one of their past or present customers. They can say anything, but they don't walk in your shoes as a customer, something they should remember.
