EBCM related?

I'm chatting eith a seller whose FRC my friend is interested in.

I have never had an ebcm issue on my cars before so I don't have direct experience and knowledge.

What sounds to be ebcm related or not in this case?

I just needed a EBCM for my 03, and that unit is available, and for a rebuilt one expect to pay $1495.00 and that is for the Delphi GM house brand 01 to 04. If you have a 1997 to 01 your really up against it. They were produced by Bosch and no rebuild or other remedy exists. But the upside is you can drive the car fine, just no ABS !

body control module and brake control module are two different things sound like you got them mixed up

Maybe so! I've never had either fail me across three C5s yet.

The one at odds here would be the passenger footwell from the pictures I've seen and level of info shared. I'm riding secondary on this one at the moment.

What would affect wipers? Factory security?

If the drains (udders) are plugged at the bottom of the windshield the wiper motor will sit under water and eventually stop working. Or so I've heard.
