Default Seat controls

I have a head- scratcher! I’ve rebuilt the seats on my 99’ vert.. seat covers, nylon shims, air bladders and controls. The problem is the controller works the up/down, tilt, and bolsters without issue, but the forward/backward are reversed. All electrical connectors are plugged in correctly.
so, what can it be?

You probably reversed the track lead screws, left to right, when you put new nylon shims in

You could just swap the pins at one of the connectors rather then take the seat track back apart.
Looks like you could switch pins 13 and 14 at the seat adjuster switch connector, brown and gray wire
