Good looking C5. With all the mechanical/electrical issues involving the headlights, I understand C5 owners for switching to stationary ones especially those that drive at night.
The car looks good in the pics. Did you just buy it, or are you looking for advice? I've seen fixed headlights that are much worse, but I would certainly prefer pop ups as well. I think I would get rid of the pitchforks coming out of the coves, but that's just my personal taste. I you like them, keep them. Do you have a list of mods that have been done?
It has a BBk throttle body , stainless exhaust, and a hurst shifter. I have a blackwing CAI but have not installed it because I read about possible water induction. I am a new corvette owner. so I am open to any advice. Thank you.

Looks like a nice car.
As far as the Blackwing intake, I ran one on the last two C5s I had and never had any problems with water and yes, the cars were driven in the rain on occasion. Avoiding deep puddles/standing water on the road is always a wise practice whether the car has an aftermarket air intake or a stock one.
