Have the steering wheel off replacing the clock spring . Moved the tilt up and this little black piece of plastic fell out . I see nowhere that here is space for it to fit .
80 / 20 on this, but I believe it is a spacer/vibration damper which goes between the rack and the metal frame and is secured by two small screws which like to fall to the floor before you can get a driver on them.
