Default Cracked? Forgot to add pics. Updated.

Passenger side wheel knuckle feels almost smooth but definitely not like the drivers. I have C6 shocks on and still need a alignment so high speed driving does feel a little floaty with a mild steered wheel shake.

Long day.

Hard to say if the part is cracked. Having it checked would be a great idea.

It's hard to.tell if it's a crack or something hit it. You can buy a dye penetrent kit or get someone to check.it. The kits are around $50 to $100.

Take a small file, turn it on its edge, and see if the mark disappears. I don't ever see any posts about this part cracking. Also, it looks to me like a score from something, like maybe a wrench slipped, or something in the roadway hit it. It doesnt look like a crack to me, but as others have said, it's hard to tell from a pic.

One the front just looks scratched, but the way it wraps up top in a 45deg angle is suspect. That divot shows it hit something.
I’d say it’s worth using a dye kit to inspect. Having steering parts break at high speed is a lot more expensive than checking now.
Like the others posted it’s hard to tell from a pic, but when in doubt
