I have a 5000SLX QuickJack that I purchased a few years ago. I bought the SUV/Truck adapters too. Love it! One word of caution, do NOT stack the rubber blocks! I also had an issue with a leaky quick disconnect fitting and it was replace fast and easy as a no charge warranty item. The shorter length works great under the Corvette, yet is still long enough to fit under and lift my 5000 lbs V6 Durango AWD daily driver. Not shown in the photo, but I use jack stands under the QuickJack as a sort of fail safe, if I have to start the lifted vehicle's engine for whatever reason.

I am having a new oversized 3rd stall added to the garage later this year and planned it around the MaxJax that I will buy to use in it.

I have the 7000 QJ i bought a few years ago for home and have a 4 post and 12,000 2 post Bendpak at my vacation shop. If I was building a new stall I would shoot for a regular size lift instead of a short max jack.JMO.

I will have a finished bonus room over the new 3rd stall that will attach to the 4th bedroom / office / study that is currently over the existing 2-car garage, so the ceiling height is somewhat "limited", hence the decision to go with the MaxJax.

Do you have anything to add to this thread about Quick Jacks other than to just say “China” with every post?

Anyway, my car is spending the week on my QJ 7000. I bought the 7k and the extensions thinking I would use it on all my cars. I have used it on my wife’s Accord a couple of times and my e-Golf once, but it’s mostly for brake changes and track prep on my ‘vette. The big QJs are a pain to move around and are heavy. If I’d known better, I would have bought the 3500lb version and saved my back a bit.
