Nope. Might elaborate more about what is going on and there is a simple reason.
If it is just a declined CC you may need to speak to the card company as they do not tell vendors why they decline. Same on PayPal.
I have NEVER had a declined credit card. Ever! My issue is they've told me several times they would call me. In a PM here, they asked me what would be a good time to call me, and I told them between 1:00-5:00. Something unavoidable came up, and I couldn't talk due to being in the car, driving. This was at 3:00PM. I told a rep named Bob that I was driving, and he offered to call me back before 4:00PM. When he failed to call, I called and left 2 more messages. Nothing. I'll say no more. But Im done with them. Plenty of other places to buy what I need. Just a lot of wasted time on my part.

Some things you need to consider here.
#1 Declined cards cards are common in this industry. They are often triggered not by bad accounts but high dollar amounts that set off the banks systems to confirm it is a legit purchase in this day and age of stolen card numbers.
#2 they did try to call you. That is better than many places and it was you that could not talk. Get Rock Auto to call you...
#3 this is not a large company with banks of people waiting to call you. It is a small but busy company that has a small staff and a lot of customers. It is likely they have just not had the time to call back yet as they are often taking incoming calls. They often leverage a recording to get back with you. While it takes time they have always gotten back to me via E mail or Call.
Not sure what you are buying as you never said. Have you sent an E mail with the question so they can just respond as this may have gotten a faster response.
Not everyone is as fast as Summit or Amazon.
In this day and age of instant gratification there are still many small operations that just do not have the luxury of large staffs. If they did you would then complain about the prices.
I have ordered from RPI a few times. My last order went WEEKS with no communications, so I emailed them and asked about my order and the reply was "I'll have to email the shipping guys", that's it, literally, no thanks will get back to you, no anything, that one line. So after another ~week or so and still no info regarding my order, I emailed and said cancel the order. Got no reply from that email, but 5 days later, I got my order.- Like you, I am done with them.
Product quality-very nice
Communication skills-horrible
Never gave them a credit card#, couldn't even get that far, so that's off the table. Yes, they made one call to my 7 or 8, not impressed. I did as Vetteman suggested, and posted/looked in the transactions/feedback. I see my opinion is shared with a considerable amount of people.
