Nothing major. Original engine/trans/driveline. Clutch @ 90k because of throwout bearing leak. Starter at 195k. Radiator around 220k. Balancer around the same time. Periodic brakes & tires. Oil pressure sensors. Front air dams last around 75k before snow/ice chunks kill them.

Wow! In that time, what major work have you done to the car? Engine/trans/diff replacement? Torque tube?
Congratulations on hitting such a major milestone

Your number of repairs at mileage is fantastic. At 50K, that I bought at 32K, my M6 04 vert fun car (never tracked or driven insanely and driven less than 5K per year) has had a HB replaced, wheel bearings replace, oil sending unit replaced, motor mounts replaced, radiator and hoses replaced. head light motor replaced, and ignitions switch replaced. Compare that to my previously owned 92 Acura Legend that I bought with 45K and sold at 298K with only one issue outside of the normal expected maintenance (tires/brakes/fluid changes, etc.) that needed sorting out: AC leak. But, I love driving the C5.

Congrats on a Quarter-Million Miles, that's awesome.
Post some pictures of your 2001 Convertible. How is the paint and interior?

I only have 82,000 on mine. I wish I had 150,000-200,000 on it, I love to enjoy it. My bro drives me to work, I have 2 kids, the vette is not family friendly, my kids hate my loud exhaust, but I’m not getting rid of her. My c5 was my first wife, first real sports car, and first vette, (original owner.). I drive her when I can. Doing road America this Sunday, and a road rally with SCCA on May 18th.

that just goes to show, driving cars and putting miles on is better than non-use as the parts and pieces stay lubed and used more. Look how many trucks are running around like that, they are always used. Sure, some wear parts will go out sooner from high miles, but overall, that is awesome!

Congratulations on obtaining moon car status. I would say your list of repairs is pretty impressive for that amount of miles . Just gives testament to how good these cars really are.

That's by no means an exhaustive list of repairs up there, but it's not a long expensive list. Nor is this, but it includes:
Otherwise, it's Mobil 1 oil change every 10k miles (burns about 1 qt per 5k miles). I think I changed the spark plugs around 100k.
Not the most recent pic. Needed a bath.
- I think one wheel bearing might be original
- Replaced the A/C compressor (noisy bearing, just as easy to pull the whole thing as to replace the bearing)
- Intake manifold oil leak around 200k miles
- Been getting a P1415 air injection code recently (ignore & reset) and an O2 sensor code on occasion (ignore/reset)
- Headlights were replaced once, I think
- An A/C tube wore through
- Driver seatbelt wouldn't maintain ratchet tension
- Top leaks more in carwashes than it used to
- Door panel reflectors and those annoying little screw covers fell off
- Driver seat left bolster seam is just starting to separate
- A chunk of concrete put a hole in the oil pan (welded to fix)
- A different chunk of concrete blew out a rear tire
- Installed a column lock bypass widget
- Installed an electronic turn signal switch because the hazard switch is such a POS (replaced a few of those)
- Replaced the tire pressure sensors last year

My 02 Coupe is at 215k. Have done the following on it,
Harmonic Balancer and timing cover seals/crank seal
AC rebuild
Rear main seal
torque tube couplers, just did that this past weekend
Oil pressure sensor (2x)
rear wheel bearings and tie rod ends
EBCM early on in its life
Steering position sensor, have to do it again after ~100k miles
then there is the usual maintenance item, oil changes, brakes, tires and batteries
Then there are the fun items
just swapped in a 3.42 diff
Z06 sway bars
DRM Bilstein shocks
LED interior and exterior lighting
Custom stereo system
and other item
