I recently brought a ATI Super Damper with AC for my c5 that’s about to get cammed. I was told it’s for ls1, ls2, ls3 is there a way to tell for sure before my car goes in? Here are some pictures of the balancer
So the one I have isn’t correct? I contacted ATI to for some help
With no part number to go off of, who knows. I was just trying to give you a number to look for on the balancer. If it is two piece there are two sets of bolts, the ones that hold the balancer itself to the hub and then another set that goes through the hub and holds the A/C pulley on the backside of the hub.
ATI will have to count grooves/measure the balancer in certain ways to help determine the possible part number.
At first glance, it looks like that balancer does indeed look like a Corvette balancer, but it has 8 ribs which is usually designed for Supercharged applications.
Reaching out to ATI to help identify the main hub is your best bet.
