After sitting for 4 years you should drain your fuel and put some fresh in…also I’d get your injectors looked at…some may be stuck closed after that length of time and the engine may misfire.

See if you have a local Vette club in your area, if you do, look em' up online and go to a meeting and talk to the members, they'll know where the best local techs are-
mine sat for ten ... all I had to do was new tires, fluids and gaskets checked, new oil and battery. I just drove it to the closest, generalized corner shop for that. They said I needed new brake pads and I think rotors/turned or etc., so okay ... but of course, I had taken it out of the [climate controlled] garage twice a year and ran it while washing & waxing, checking fluids, adding gas & kept stabil in it ... and kept a top quality cover on it with two or three layers of comforters over that
