My last order for a hose kit has gone without update since June 30th. Last week they did not answer the phone or reply to email. This week their phone line has a constant busy signal regardless of option chosen.

Yes. They responded to my PM on the forum, so I requested a refund or I was going to dispute the charge through my CC company. They did issue a refund .....finally.
I ordered a black silicone hose kit on July 1st. I was told the kit would drop ship from Mishimoto by July 15th. The 15th came and went. No email, tracking number, etc. So I started emailing and calling PFYC. At first the phone would just ring and get and automated message. No matter which choice you made, you only get a recording explaining their business hours.....no way to leave a message, etc. Starting the week of the 22nd, their phone line had a busy signal all day. I called Mishimoto directly, and they had no record of an order for my hose kit from PFYC. Mishimoto also explained the black hose kit was completely out of stock , and they had no due date, so they did not understand how PFYC could have given me a ship date. Not sure what their deal is, but I will not be ordering from PFYC again.
In the end, I just ordered genunie GM rubber hoses from Rock Auto.
