hopefully their electrical systems do not 'duel' with the car (which could lead to a fire, worst-case), but QTP and DMH make good products that can be configured in 'dual' exhaust setups.
i'd also recommend joining them into the pipes behind the differential (still pre-muffler) instead of under the transmission tunnel. it'll sound SO much nicer inside.

Both of the brands mentioned in post 2 are very good. Do a search for exhaust cutouts in C5 Gen and you should come up with some hits.
