Default Lurker Alert!

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up that I'm lurking around here :D

I currently have a 2001 Camaro SS, come June I'll be looking to upgrade to a Z (EB or MY, can't decide yet). I figure around June will be perfect, since if the '04 offers any significant upgrades in power or features, I'll order one of those, if not it should be prime time to start getting good deals on the '03.

I plan to put on the Lingenfelter/Magnacharger blower kit on it (with the hood), chromies, MAYBE some basic intake/exhaust and THATS IT. Don't get me wrong, I've had a blast modding my car, heads/cam, headers, various other stuff, but it can be a headache at times. I think I just want something I can relax in and not have to worry about much more than a brand new stock car.....

Course that means I'm going from an all motor situation to FI, but hey with the numbers that LPE is getting, I can live with that! I did consider a 50th Anni, but the Z is the way to go, I'm willing to forego the convertible and magnetic ride for the power/suspension/weight advantage (though it was a tough choice)

Just a little background, can't wait

That's 2006, I tend to keep cars 2 to 3 years, so if I get a 2003 or 2004 I may just do that. Course that 450hp number we'll have to wait and see about!

Welcome to the Forum! Owning a Vette is not a requirement for membership. This is the best place to learn and we want to hear any help you can give us.

This is also the best place to buy cars, stock parts and mods. Check out the Forum Mall, it's great and our Supporting Dealers and Vendors are super.

Enjoy the ride, get what you want when you want it!:chevy:flag:chevy:flag
