Yes, I'm going same route with my stock C8 wheels off my car for my C5. You'll need to get center hub circle of wheel enlarged (been told from 67.1mm to 70.2mm) to clear the C5 hub and a set of PCD self adjusting/wobble lug nuts. I wanna measure myself before getting my wheels machined. Here is another thread about it.
