Default LED Fog Lights

Looking to replace my HID fog lights and asking for recommendations. Currently have Galaxy Power HID installed by a previous owner, passenger side stopped working and after checking wiring/install believe it is best to replace everything. Lens are sandblasted and just don't believe it would be good to repair what is there.

I have found a few LED kits that replace the OEM using all original brackets and wiring. Would like any input from anyone that has updated to an LED kit and not just bulbs. Want to compare my thoughts of new install with what you have experienced.

Thanks,
Craig

We also have a cool combination DRL/Fog system:

Looks like you have at least two very good options for new fog lights.

I've had the Morimotos on my wife's Sienna and they didn't seem too bright. I remember back in the day PIAA 1100X were popular and really bright, but they are halogen and no longer available.

I have the PIAA’s currently on my car and thinking about switching them out because they don’t match my headlights.

Good call. The Piaa 1100x have a driving light pattern which is unsuitable for for lights and causes significant glare to other drivers. For a while (about 15 years ago) they were one of the only options for the C5. As you can see, we have many more options today.

George,

Do you also carry OEM lens housings? I'm also running a set of HID fogs with ballasts and am considering swapping to LEDs that don't require ballasts, but my OEM lenses are also pitted after 20+ years of driving. If not OEM, any aftermarket lens replacements that secure to existing OEM mounts?
