I just installed the Reversion Racework touchscreen radio in my 03 Anniversary Vette. It was one of the best upgrades I've done. The radio fits perfectly in the original surround thanks to their 3d printed bracket. No cutting and I got to keep mt shale surround along with the ashtray and cupholder covers. The radio looks O.E.M. The sound is very good with the bose speakers, and Reversion supplied the correct harness for the Bose system. It is Bluetooth so I have hands free calling as well as being able to listen to music apps on my phone, again all wireless. There are two Usb cables that attach to the radio. i'm using one for a jump drive with songs that I have downloaded. I also had a front and rear backup camera installed and they both work great! The front camera is much better than the two that came on the 17 GS I had because with the two cameras it was hard to actually see where the front of the car was. When I received the radio the instructions were not clear at all and when i talked to Reversion (they are very quick to reply), they said they were working on a new set of instructions since this had been a common complaint, and they should have them in about two woks. How often have I heard that. I'm still in shock because two weeks to the day I got an email with the new instructions, and they are excellent. They also include how to use the radio!
No, that's the why I went with the Reversion Raceworks radio. Check it out on their site and you'll see their 3D Faceplate/Bracket. It's a perfect fit, absolutely no cutting or need to get a new console.
I had no idea they made these, I'd been following their Suburban build and knew they did this sort of stuff but never bothered to see what they made that wasn't for a GMT400.
How does that screen look with WAZE?
Is there a screen icon to activate the front camera? Guessing the rear camera automatically shows up when the car is in reverse?
Looks great
