on mine, my Supercharger bracket mounts to those holes! They are for brackets for various mounting points. I've seen catch cans mounted there, Supercharger brackets etc.
Nothing goes there. The heads are the same left and right and are machined for either side.
The driver side uses those holes on the back side for mounting the AIR pipe and a ground lug. The front holes on the driver side are for the accessory bracket mounting.
Passenger side head since it is the same has the same machining for the bolt holes.
As mentioned these motors are used elsewhere in the product line also. Different platforms have different accessory drive layouts that would utilize those holes. I have a much less cooler then a supercharger thing there, the mentioned catch can.

. Thanks, I’ve been thinking about getting a catch can. That would be a good place to utilize those bolt holes.
