Head light adjusters
I have my headlights working but one of the head light adjusters was frozen I ordered a new one but does anyone know it the plastic parts that the adjuster fits into are available? Want to drive the car without blinding other cars!

Not sure - hopefully someone would have a part number if one is assigned and you can check on availability based on that. If not, check with someone like Marc at VetteNuts for a good used one.

I've replaced the frame of the headlights before to get fresh adjusters. I have not tested for proof of concept yet since the car has been parked and not driven/washed, but those stalks used to corrode and get stuck inside the plastic boxed where the gears met. On the latest one I packed them with marine grease. We'll see how pliable they are when it comes time to adjust the headlights again.
