Yes. In my case the transparent top was completely spidered. I sent them the top, they replace the old with the new. Good thing is you get your old frame back (with the new lens) and so no fitting issues. Plug and play.

They're local to me (thank God). My plan is to drop off my old top that needs a new lens and weatherstriping as a core and just pick up a refurbished one once I'm there. Less trips to make.
