All Corvettes are Red
Just finished reading "All Corvettes are Red". If it was not for a hand full of guys that had a dream of a new Corvette and the ***** to see it through, we would still be driving C4s if any newer Corvette at all. Thanks guys.
Read the book!!!!!

Yes, 1996 was nearly the end of Corvette, Chevy was ready to kill it.

General Motors did everything they could to get in the way. Reorganizations, no money and too many meetings over bullshit.

A great read. As a corporate survivor of 30+ years in the tech and digital infrastructure sectors, I can relate to all the frustration associated with political alignments, restructuring, changed visions, etc. Through all that, the skunk works team was able to push the Corvette into a world-class platform.

Worlds greatest sports car.❤️
no sports car in the world offers the same reliability, cargo space, performance and affordability in one package,
however some corvettes are a little darker red 😍
those are the best ones 🤣

Loved the question about who had the most loyal ownership....Harley or Corvette.

The best Corvette book out.
There is even more to this story.
‘’To get the Fiero built they used the same plan to get the Fiero built after getting the program danced several times.
The Corvette folks were worried as far back as 1988 the C5 program may not pass a business case.
After the Fiero program they poached several Fiero designers for the C5 interior and exterior. Not sure who decided to use the outside engineering firm but that is. How the Fiero got into production by hiding the program till the prototypes were built.
GM was so dysfunctional back then. The Division fought more with each other than they did with the competition.

Good question. Owned a Harley for 40 years, Corvette for 30. As I'm getting old I tend to lean to my Vette.
