I am looking into buying the Apex VS-5 wheels and the offset only comes in +57 offset. I’m wanting to buy 18x11 ET 57 for the fronts and 19x11 ET 57 for the rears. Would this size and offset look good for a c5 corvette with stock ride height? Mostly curious if the offset would look good.

A 19x11 with +57 offset will fit fine, on the rear. An 11" wide front with that offset is going to poke. What size tires do you plan to fit?
Apex does offer that wheel in a 18x10 with +58 offset. Those would fit, fine.

What is the intended usage of your car?
Would you do a 18x10 in the front to help with it being flushed with the car?
I was looking into 275/35-18 for the front tire size and 305/30-19 for the rear tire.
My intended use for the car is just for cruising with friends not planning on doing anything on a track or high performance.
Yeah, 18x11 ET57 front and 19x11 ET57 rear on a C5 at stock ride height should fill the arches nicely without crazy poke. It’ll sit a bit tucked compared to aggressive fitments, but overall it’ll look good and clean on the car.
