If you don’t like the tips hanging low and angle them up slightly to fit closer to the body then yes from a distance you will see a little more of the muffler hanging down from the side view of the car. At least that’s the case with the S Type II 140427.

65% of the C5 aftermarket exhaust are either out of place or uneven. People too often never take the time to adjust them correctly.
Borla will twist and adjust to get the right place. Just do not get too high up or not out from under the car enough as you can damage the bumper.
