So, this may seem obvious, but normal operation is for the dash lights to illuminate and then go out. Unless, you're talking about the nighttime back lighting. If that's the case, there's a dial in the left side of the dash that controls the brightness of the lights. Push it, and it will pop out. You can then adjust the brightness, then push it back in. If you're talking about the emergency lighting, try hitting the traction control button, if the yellow light turns on, it's working normally. If you're referring to the turn signal indicator not working, that could be your hazard switch or your turn signal relay.
I realize most of that is very basic stuff. If you can give us a more detailed description of exactly which lights you're talking about, we might be able to offer better advice.
