Default A/C question

Hey all, i have the dual zone hvac controls, and my ac blows hard out of the passenger side but not so hard out of center and driver side, is that normal?
Long story short, ive recently replaced both actuators, did the recalibration, and while the dash was out I tested the hvac controls and could see both doors open all the way together.
Is it just a simple design flaw that it just naturally blows harder out of the passenger side or am I missing something?

The passenger side doesn't inherently blow harder than the driver's side. However, with the dual zone HVAC the car will manage each side differently. It will even make adjustments for if one side is in the sun and the other isn't. Make sure the settings are the same for both sides, and the car is completely in the shade. Normally, if you were still having that problem, I'd say it was likely an actuator issue, but you've already confirmed that is not the case. My only other suggestion would be to make sure you have enough refrigerant in the system. That can cause one side to blow cooler than the other, not harder. Good luck, I hope this was helpful.
