[Z06] Brake Dust?

Brake Dust?
Almost totally pleased with our new EB Z06 after one week and 700 miles. However the brake dust is annoying. Is this the way it is with the stock pads?

Rabestos ceramic pads at various auto parts stores make low, whitish, dust. Not as good performance but I have read many post that they are fine for street driving. GM has a ceramic pad too.

Yep it is normal, and as others have said it is a trade-off for the stopping power. I went with Chromies, love the look and they stay clean a lot longer and clean up easier.

Just run over to PepBoys and pick up a mini California Duster for the wheels - keeps 'em looking :cool:
