I am interested in peoples opinions on various z06 aftermarket and stock rims, below is a pic of my favorite, they are machined , painted light grey , and clearcoated, done by a company in Vancouver Canada. what do you think is the best look for a Z.
My preferences are somewhat determined by the color of the Z06. I think the machined look great and there are numerous manufacturers' wheels in various finishes that are super.
On silver I like black powder coated or black anodized, but there are also many others that are super. I am anxious to see the iForged, plus new wheels are being introduced by Supporting Vendors every month.
Any wheels on a Z06 are beautiful. :chevy :flag :chevy
i like the stock style, but finish depends on the car color for me. for black i like chrome wheels. but if i had a yellow or silver z i would probably go with black powder coat.
If I ever go the non-factory "look" I'll go either with OE machined (Panther's, Vancouver, BC) or pull the plug with a full-on aftermarket like Kinesis or HRE.
How much does the machining process cost? I like it but would probably put the dough towards a set of HRE's. Neat idea though but unless you lived in Vancouver shipping would make process too expensive.

I really like the chrome Z06 wheels. i do however really like the stock painted wheels too. I'll probably buy a set of chromies just to have a spare set.
