did a search on waxes and ordered the guru book, and figure i'm going to try the pinnacle and zaino stuff, but i had my new Z teflon coated and the interior treated from the dealer and was wondering if i have to take any special measures because of that?
i kinda figured as much, but the guy who sold me the car was a friend of a friend and said it was legit-- plus gave it to me for half price, so i said what the heck... oh well. if only i had found this forum earlier!
So coming back to your original question - if you washed your car at least a couple of times - all that teflon was taken out. So basically start Zinoing it.

Teflon treatment is an add-on sale and has a nice profit margin built in it. They still made $$$ off you. But heck, if that is our only mistake...Zaino is your ticket. You'll pay more BUT it does a lot more IMHO I have a black Z06 and feel well qualified on the merits of Zaino...over and over (more is better)
