use stock bolts to lower the car abit, ride quality is still great, car feels more stiff and stable on the freeway
it litereally took us 30 mins to lower the car all around.

all directions require you to loose too many parts for still unknown to me reason
rear bolts are easily accessible if you just lift the car up with a floor jack, same with fronts
There are really no instructions, just turn the bolts all the way, untill only one thread showing up on the back, and turn stock bolts all the way untill no thread showing up and then (i think) 1/4 turn back
you need someone to show you where those bolts are though...
someone will chime in with a better explanation :)
