Do a search and you will get plenty of hits. I have the Breathless and can't say enough about its crisp, precise and short shifts. I also love the fact that you have 16 different positions and 3 different spring loads to choose from. I use the softest springs and tried out all 16 different positions while installing it. The only complaint I had with the shifter was that it was a little loud at first, but is has gotten quieter with use. I haven't missed a shift since getting it. Hope this helps you out.
