[Z06] Interior Colors?

Interior Colors?

I am currently shopping for a 2002 Z06 and have been told all of the interiors are black. I live in Raleigh North Carolina and do not want a black interior because of the heat. Did the 2002 Z06 come with any other interior colors than Black? :party:

The only other choice is mod red. It is a red and black combo. Other than that, you are out of luck unless you care to swap interiors with a coupe or buy aftermarket.

I say get the mod red interior....livens up things a bit compared to drab all black.

I would suggest the opposite.
In my opinion the mod red is a nitemare...much too busy...just my opinion.
If the temperature is the issue you have with black look into the wet okale or other neoprene seatcovers. They are very comfortable in the hot weather.

Interior color has nothing to do with making a car "hot". A white interior in a closed car is still hot.

And people own black interiors all over the world and they seem to manage. I think you're worrying too much. :nopity Buy a Vette and turn the A/C on.

I've got black in the Coupe and ModRed in the Z06 and like them both! :D

I've always liked black interiors, but have had a TON of compliments on the ModRed!!! :cheers: :thumbs:

Like mentioned above, they come in either all black or Mod Red, which is a combo of red and black. I had only one rule when I bought my Z06 and that was that it had to have the Mod Red interior. Any color exterior would do. I liked 'em all:cheers:

I would of liked a COMPLETELY red interior like the old Vette's used to have.
IMHO Mod red just seems like a mish mash of colored parts, so I picked Black.
