If the car has sat for 16 mo. I would guess you have VERY low miles, can you say warranty. Sitting for 16 mo. should have no effect. Your fuel pump lists for $488.80 and labor is 5.2 hours.

Do you have pressure when you disconnect the fuel filter? If so you may have a bad filter or plugged lines. Check it out there first, disconnect the filter, make proper provisions to catch the gas that will hopefully come out, then turn on the key. How can you have no warrantee on a new low milage Z06?
