Hey all,
I have seen these before but I cant think of what they are called.
The screen that protects the open area in front of the radiator. It is attached behind the 5 bolts under the front bumper and wedges over the center air dam. It keep things like potato chip bags or plastic grocery bags (or other stuff) from getting sucked up against the radiator. I made one myself but I was just wondering what it was really called. TIA.

Mid America Designs sells this item which is called a Radiator Shield. It retails for $59.99. I recently ordered one and installed it myself. I believe this was a great investment.

Dayum! I think I'll start making and selling them at that price. There just isn't that much to them. But then I understand two and three step distribution..... :auto:

I think I've seen it called a debris shield and carried by Valaya Racing. BTW, Mid America has changed their name according the the newest catalog, to Mid America Motorworks.

Or, you could to to Home Depot -> 1/4" galvanized screen - costs about $3.00, doesn't show, but you could pop for a can of Krylon & paint it black if you wanted. I've done this on my C4 race cars in front of the brake cooling duct openings too. :flag
