Welcome JAD;;;
Good choice!! I bought one just like it LOVE it, good advice, forget about the brake-in period, they don't baby them at final assembly, that car was made to run don't baby it, I tend to baby mine though, mosty always in fear of getting another speeding ticket, that's why I like drag racing and auto-cross so much. you can really make the car talk to ya.. Have Fun and Be Safe on the hi-way. Hemmerman :flag :flag :flag :flag

Congratulations

Baby it like a newborn, give it 500 miles, maybe even 1000, and Give it an easy rev up to 4000-5000 now and then (Not To Much). Its really hard to do, but be strong, then after a thousand or so miles start easing it up between 5000-6000 now and then (Again Not To Much), I think the Z is truly ready after about 5000 miles. After 5000 miles drive It Like You Stole It. Enjoy
