ZO-6 Calipers

Has anyone put the front calipers on the back on their car? I have ben told this will work? Thanks....Wayne

Yes you can but you will lose your emergency brake because you have to use the front rotors, and you will need a porportioning valve to lower the force of the bigger caliper. This mod is a PITA for looks only, some racers have done it so they could have longer lasting pads and rotors in the rear, but you are also adding to the sprung weight of the driven wheels.

I put AP Racing 6 piston brakes on the front with 14" rotors and moved the fronts to the rear. This set up works very well and is cost effective. You do lose the parking brake.
