I just bought a used 2002 C5 and it came with no FOBS but with a clifford alarm. I bought 2 FOBS off e-bay so that I could use the Factory alrm and not the Clifford. I just trained one of my FOBS and it unlocks and locks the doors with no problems. BUT when I unlock the car the drivers seat moves all the way back everytime I unlock the car. Then I have to manually adjust it for myself. I did go into the options and turn off easy entry but it still does it. Any ideas on how to turn this feature off?
Also in my 98 C5 my FOB had a switch to turn on/off passive alarming. Does the 2002 C5s have passive alarming?
Look thru your manual. I believe there is a memory option to cancel your seat from going back each time.

Consult dealership. They should be of some use to us Vette owners once in a while instead of raping out pockets each visit.

Also, if you have turned off the easy entry option accessed through the DIC and it still moves, you may have some problem that will need more help than I can give you. Good luck getting this figured out.
